Your Shopify, Stripe, Meta, social and email accounts stay yours — 1BB connects to them, it doesn't replace them. Contacts, content and history export any time, in plain formats. Cancel, and it's all still yours.

Done means done.

Agents verify outcomes, not outputs: the post actually published, the page actually loads, the email actually delivered. Every run is logged, and every failure surfaces in your digest. Silent failure is forbidden.

We track one number above all: how often you approve the crew's work without edits. If it drops below ~70%, we fix the crew before we add a single new customer.

Built in Markham, Ontario, with Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) as the baseline, not an afterthought. Every email carries a sender ID and a one-click unsubscribe. Paused or unsubscribed contacts are never sent to — the crew checks before every send.
