Delete your data.

You can remove 1BB's access to any account you connected, and ask us to delete the data we hold, at any time. Here's how.

1. Disconnect an account

In the 1BB app, open the Shelf, choose your business, then open Connector and disconnect the account. 1BB stops reading it right away. You can also revoke access from the provider's side:

• Facebook / Instagram / Meta Ads: in Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find 1BB and click Remove.
• Google: go to myaccount.google.com/connections, choose 1BB, and remove its access.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Email hello@1bb.ai with the subject “Delete my data”, from the email you use to sign in to 1BB. Tell us whether you want:

• Data from one connected account deleted (for example, everything we read from Meta or Google), or
• Everything deleted: your account, your businesses and all their data.

We'll confirm we received your request, delete the data within 30 days, and email you when it's done. If you'd like a copy first, say so and we'll send an export before deleting.

What gets deleted

Access tokens and connection details for the account, plus the data we copied from it, such as ad performance, traffic reports, orders and contacts. Some records may stay where the law requires us to keep them (for example, billing records), and backups roll off on their normal schedule. Nothing is changed or deleted inside your own Google, Meta or other accounts. Those stay yours.
